It has begun.  The battle of the SCHOOL LUNCH.  Seriously, I do not want my daughter to have ANY interest in the terrible school food so I am going WAY above and beyond the call of duty.  Cutting shit up in shapes, soy cheese, tortillas, little smiley faces and rice balls colored with veggie dyes and then cutting up fruit leather in owl and kitty shapes….all contained in a fancy Gaspard & Lisa bento box with a nice little strap to hold it all together.  I have to get up early to tackle such a task but I am so thrilled to be taking this on.  I love a challenge!  Vegan Bento Wonderland…I have just stepped into it!
